Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric. This pays around £50000 plus excellent benefits.

The Role

Join at a key point in a major data transformation, migrating from SAP BW to Microsoft Fabric. You’ll play a central role in building and maintaining the new data platform, delivering scalable pipelines and a high-quality reporting layer.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Microsoft Fabric
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Develop data models and a robust reporting layer
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Commercial)
• Ensure strong data governance and GDPR compliance

Skills

• Experience in data engineering within enterprise environments
• Strong Azure / Microsoft Fabric experience
• SQL and Python/PySpark
• ETL/ELT (ADF / Fabric)
• Knowledge of data modelling and governance
