Supervisors Required | Luxury Flagship Opening

PRS Recruitment is proud to be representing a world-renowned luxury restaurant group in the search for exceptional Supervisors for an exciting new flagship opening. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile launch with ambitions to achieve Michelin-level recognition.

The Role:

• Position: Supervisors
• Immediate start available
• £42,000 base salary + Tronc + cash tips (OTE up to £50,000)
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days on / 2 days off rota

As a Supervisor, you will be a key figure in the guest experience and a visible face of the business during an exciting but demanding opening period.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in high-end / luxury hospitality environments
• Proven ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
• Comfortable working in a brand-new opening with evolving systems and processes
• Confident being the face of the business and engaging with elite clientele
• Must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm above all else
• Positive, hands-on approach with a strong team mindset
