My client in the midlands has reached out to me in regards to a new Building Control Opportunity, please see below.
Building Control Manager
Contract Length: 6-12 months'
Rate: DoE
Location: Midlands
The position would only be open to a registered Class 2A-F Inspector, that also held the Class 4 registration. The applicant would also need to have worked at a Local Authority and be familiar with the below:
- BSR KPI requirements
- A Quality Management system including BSi audits.
- Enforcement procedures
- Reversions
- Dangerous structures
