Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading International Bank based in London to appoint an Operational Risk Lead to join their expanding team.

Title: Operational Risk Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000

About the role

This role focusses on implementing and overseeing the bank's Operational Risk Management Framework, working closely with the business to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. Acting as the SME, this position will lead on RCSA's, KRI's, and resilience activity while providing challenge where required.
