We’re working with a client expanding their Mission Critical division, and they’re looking to hire multiple Quantity Surveyors with MEP experience to support major growth across the United States.
This is a fantastic opportunity for UK-based professionals who are open to relocating and want to work on some of the most complex and high-value projects in the market.
The Opportunity:

We’re looking for:
- 3–10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with MEP exposure
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- RICS accreditation (advantageous)
- Strong pre- and/or post-contract experience
- UK Passport Holders only
Package:
- Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (dependant on experience)
- Relocation package provided
- 401(k) retirement plan
