I’m working with a leading contractor delivering a diverse pipeline of projects across Central London, and they’re looking to appoint a Design Manager to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to work across a varied portfolio, including:

The Role:
You’ll be involved across multiple projects, supporting design delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This is a well-rounded position offering exposure to different sectors and project types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing design coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Driving design delivery in line with programme and commercial objectives
- Supporting both pre-construction and live project stages
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards
