Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Delivers complex commercial interiors and large-scale fit-outs (10,000–100,000 sq ft)

Trusted by corporate occupiers, investors, and developers

The Role

Lead day-to-day project delivery for commercial fit-out and workplace schemes

Act as key client contact and manage consultants/contractors

Support Directors on high-value projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from briefing to handover

Oversee design, procurement, construction, budget, and programme

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Provide risk, cost, and progress reporting

Mentor junior team members

Project Types

CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs

Commercial interiors and corporate workplaces

Complex phasing, landlord interface, and high-value schemes

Candidate Profile

7+ years in project management within commercial fit-out or workplace projects

MRICS or working towards preferred

Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
