About the Position:

We are currently supporting a highly prestigious Swiss watch Maison, globally recognised for its craftsmanship and legacy, in the search for an Assistant Manager for their London boutique.

About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the Store Director, you will drive the team to achieve store KPI targets, foster individual and collective skill development, and uphold the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Standards: Setting and upholding uncompromising standards of excellence across all aspects of the boutique.
• Brand Representation: Embodies the values of a world-renowned luxury Maison, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and impeccable personal presentation at all times.
• Client Experience: Delivers an exceptional, highly personalised client journey, cultivating long-term relationships within a discerning, international clientele.
• Commercial Discipline: Consistently drives performance through a refined, client-led approach, ensuring targets are met with integrity and precision.
• People Development: Elevates team capability through coaching, role modelling and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Ensures flawless execution of boutique operations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, organisation and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
