Full-time, permanent

£50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead a high-performing team within a growing organisation in the UK energy sector. This role is key to delivering accurate, timely pricing for complex B2B contracts while supporting commercial growth and ensuring strong governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Oversee tender pricing for fixed and flexible contracts
• Manage team workload and performance
• Support pricing activities such as cost refixing and trading
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Report on KPIs and engage with senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B energy pricing
• Strong understanding of UK electricity markets and flexible products
• Previous team leadership experience would be beneficial
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA desirable)
• Highly analytical with strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
