Junior Graphic Designer

We’re working with a growing business in Swansea that’s investing heavily in its brand, digital presence, and creative output. They need a Junior Graphic Designer who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make an impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating engaging digital assets across web, social, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life
- Supporting brand development and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Turning briefs into clean, high-quality designs — fast
What they’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in digital design
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A solid portfolio that shows creativity and attention to detail
- Someone proactive, coachable, and hungry to improve
