Our client, a national UK law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate (2+ years’ PQE) to join its Birmingham team as part of its continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and highly regarded corporate practice with a strong pipeline of quality work across a range of sectors.

The Role

You will join a dynamic corporate team advising a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger national organisations.

The role will involve a broad mix of corporate work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements and general advisory matters
• Joint ventures and investments

You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality transactions while also taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters.

The Candidate

• Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Have experience from a reputable regional or national firm
• Possess strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Be confident working with clients and building relationships
• Be motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the team
