My client is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of licensed apparel, accessories and footwear, supplying major UK and international retailers.

The Role

They are growing our FP&A and data capability and are looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to improve how finance and the wider business plan, report and make decisions.

This role focuses on enhancing data, reporting and processes - driving automation, simplification and better business insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Power BI dashboards and management reports
• Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes
• Reduce manual reporting through automation and standardisation
• Support integration of data across finance and operational systems
• Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights
• Support governance and consistency across reporting

• Improved insight to support decision-making

Requirements

Essential

• Experience with Power BI and business reporting
• Strong understanding of data and reporting concepts
• Experience supporting finance, FP&A or commercial reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting outputs
• Stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• Experience with ERP/finance systems (e.g. Business Central, Microsoft)
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Exposure to data platforms or warehousing concepts
