General Manager – Honi Poke

Reports to: Operations Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our flagship sites, delivering strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll take full ownership of your site, leading your team to bring Honi Poke’s guest-first hospitality to life every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver high performance

Create a culture of exceptional, memorable hospitality

Own site-level P&L, including sales, labour, and cost control

Ensure consistent food quality, service, and brand standards

Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement

Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety

Support recruitment, training, and succession planning

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)

Background in hospitality or food retail

Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership

Passion for people development and team engagement

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
