Pensions DC Investment Consultant

I’m currently partnering with a leading consultancy that’s growing its Pensions Defined Contribution (DC) Investment team – and they’re looking for an experienced DC Investment Consultant to join them.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to take on a lead role advising a portfolio of DC clients, supporting senior stakeholders on complex schemes, and helping shape innovative investment strategies for the evolving pensions landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading DC investment consulting across a portfolio of clients

• Supporting strategic decision-making for large and complex schemes

• Designing and implementing forward-thinking investment strategies

• Attending client meetings and delivering expert advice

• Supporting new business activity including pitches and tenders

• Researching providers, default strategies, and DC funds

• Mentoring and developing junior team members

What They’re Looking For

• FIA/FFA, CFA or CISI qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong DC investment consulting experience

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Commercial awareness with a growth mindset

• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships

• A collaborative approach with the confidence to lead and delegate
