Senior Compliance Officer (2nd Line) | Global Crypto Pioneer - Luxembourg

Location: Luxembourg City (The Heart of Europe)

The Mission: Forget "box-ticking." As a Senior Compliance Officer (2nd Line of Defence), you are the strategic firewall. You’ll sit at the intersection of traditional banking rigour and cutting-edge blockchain forensics.

Working directly with the EU Head of Compliance, you will:

• Navigate the "Peculiar": Tackle high-stakes projects and product launches that have never been done before in the Eurozone.
• Be the Architect: Build and calibrate the frameworks that protect thousands of customers, ensuring we stay miles ahead of MiCAR and DORA.
• Digital Forensics: Use elite blockchain analytics to hunt for anomalies and outsmart financial crime in real-time.
• The Voice of Authority: Be the point of contact for the CSSF, translating the complexity of crypto into the language of institutional excellence.
