We’re looking for an experienced Integration Analyst to join our growing team, working with some of the world’s leading retail and eCommerce brands. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless system integrations, bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and manage integration requirements across multiple systems, including 3rd party platforms and internal applications.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Data, Data Analytics.
• Day to Day API Integration & Testing with multiple clients.
• Work closely with QA teams, Data Analysts, and Business Analysts to ensure end-to-end solution quality and performance.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of integration solutions within complex retail or eCommerce environments.
• Collaborate directly with clients — both remotely and face-to-face — to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct impact assessments, troubleshoot integration issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of integration processes and workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Integration Analyst (or similar role) within retail or eCommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API / middleware technologies.
• Experience working collaboratively with QA, Data, and Business Analysis teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage face-to-face with clients.
• Familiarity with 3rd party systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, or payment gateways is highly advantageous.
