AI Product Manager

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent capabilities for our client, a leading wealth management platform provider. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and innovation, with a focus on delivering AI-driven solutions that enhance client outcomes, advisor productivity, and operational efficiency. You will set up a center of excellence, working with different business units to embed AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the AI product strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements in wealth management.
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI/ML, such as portfolio optimization, personalized client insights, risk profiling, and automation of advisory workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, UX, and commercial teams to deliver scalable AI-powered features.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to launch, iteration, and performance tracking.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and user value propositions.
• Ensure models are explainable, transparent, and compliant with financial regulations and ethical AI standards.
• Monitor product performance using data-driven metrics and continuously optimize based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, wealth management, or financial services platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with data science teams.
• Familiarity with investment products, portfolio management, and client advisory processes.
• Proven track record of launching data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working in agile environments and with modern product tools.
• Experience with M365 suite.
