Senior Sustainability Consultant | London | 5–7 years’ experience

Everyone’s talking about sustainability. Very few are actually delivering it.

A market-leading sustainability consultancy is hiring a Senior Consultant to work directly with major organisations across Europe turning strategy into real, measurable impact.

This isn’t a reporting-heavy, tick-box role. It’s hands-on delivery, commercial exposure, and real influence with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading sustainability and net zero projects end-to-end

• Building carbon footprints and shaping Scope 1, 2 and 3 strategies

• Supporting clients through CSRD, TCFD and SBTi alignment

• Working closely with C-suite to embed sustainability into core business strategy

• Contributing to proposals, client growth and thought leadership

What they’re looking for:

• 5–7 years’ experience in consultancy or industry

• Strong grounding in carbon and net zero strategy

• Experience with key frameworks (CSRD, TCFD, CDP, SBTi)

• Commercial mindset and confidence with senior stakeholders
