Residential Asset Manager - 12 Month FTC

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Asset Manager (12 month FTC) to play a key role in a major business transformation programme.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond day-to-day property operations and contribute to the design and implementation of a new, enterprise-wide platform that will shape how property and asset management is delivered going forward.

The Role

• You’ll act as the bridge between operational property teams and project delivery, ensuring that future processes are grounded in real-world experience across residential and mixed-use portfolios.
• You’ll be involved in:
• Shaping future asset management processes
• Supporting data improvement and transformation
• Representing residential operations in cross-functional workshops
• Driving standardisation and best practice
• Supporting testing, readiness, and go-live activities

About You

• Background in Residential Property Management and/or Asset Management
• Strong understanding of tenant/occupier processes and operations
• Confident working with data, systems, and process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with change programmes, systems implementation, or process transformation is a strong advantage.
