Senior Software Developer (Django / Vue or React)

Wiltshire, UK (4 days onsite)

Full-time

Salary: TBC (DOE)

We’re currently working with a client looking to bring on a Senior Software Developer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a backend-focused engineer with full-stack exposure to work on business-critical systems operating at a national scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading development and continuous improvement of core backend systems

• Building and maintaining web applications and APIs (Django REST Framework)

• Supporting frontend development using Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React)

• Collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners

• Troubleshooting and implementing long-term solutions

• Conducting code reviews and promoting best practices

• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Python and Django

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React)

• Solid SQL and database design skills

• Experience working on live production systems

• Ability to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications

• Strong understanding of development best practices
