Power Platform Consultant – Digital Transformation (Copilot & Power Platform)

This role focuses on driving AI adoption at scale, supporting clients as they move from initial exploration to real-world implementation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Dynamics 365.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships, shaping solution approaches, and helping organisations unlock tangible business value from the Microsoft ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and digital transformation
- Support organisations in adopting and scaling Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions, driving productivity and innovation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams across programmes including:
- AI adoption and enablement strategies
- Intelligent automation using Power Platform
- Modern workplace transformation with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Data and insight-driven decision making
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-focused business value
- Support early-stage solution design across:
- Low-code/no-code apps (Power Apps)
- Workflow automation (Power Automate)
- Reporting and insights (Power BI)
- Azure-based AI and data services
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI, automation, and modern cloud platforms
- Contribute to business development activities, including shaping propositions, supporting bids, and identifying new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a client-facing role within a consulting, technology, or Microsoft Partner environment
- Exposure to AI, Copilot, or automation initiatives within Microsoft technologies
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft 365 (including Copilot capabilities)
- Azure (desirable, particularly AI and data services)
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, or opportunity development
- Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in a simple, business-friendly way
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
