Power Platform Consultant – Digital Transformation (Copilot & Power Platform)

This role focuses on driving AI adoption at scale, supporting clients as they move from initial exploration to real-world implementation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Dynamics 365.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships, shaping solution approaches, and helping organisations unlock tangible business value from the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and digital transformation
• Support organisations in adopting and scaling Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions, driving productivity and innovation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across programmes including:
• AI adoption and enablement strategies
• Intelligent automation using Power Platform
• Modern workplace transformation with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Data and insight-driven decision making
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-focused business value
• Support early-stage solution design across:
• Low-code/no-code apps (Power Apps)
• Workflow automation (Power Automate)
• Reporting and insights (Power BI)
• Azure-based AI and data services
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI, automation, and modern cloud platforms
• Contribute to business development activities, including shaping propositions, supporting bids, and identifying new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a client-facing role within a consulting, technology, or Microsoft Partner environment
• Exposure to AI, Copilot, or automation initiatives within Microsoft technologies
• Strong understanding of:
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Microsoft 365 (including Copilot capabilities)
• Azure (desirable, particularly AI and data services)
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, or opportunity development
• Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in a simple, business-friendly way
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
