Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive -Birmingham City Centre | Hybrid Working - 3 Days from Home- Legal 100 Law Firm

£55,000 – £73,000 | 3+ PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading, multi-office national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality private client matters for high-value individuals, including celebrities and wealthy business owners, within a firm recognised for excellence, structured training, and long-term career development.

The Role

You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:

Inheritance tax planning and estate planning

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Estate administration matters

Lifetime trusts

Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients

You will work closely with a highly regarded team, benefiting from excellent mentoring, technical support, and exposure to complex and interesting matters.

About You

Ideally 3+ years PQE in Private Client

Strong technical knowledge within a private client setting

Proven experience advising mass affluent clients on IHT planning, estate planning, and estate administration

Excellent communication and client handling skills

Ability to work effectively to deadlines

Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to progress your career

Experience supporting business development within a team or firm

Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
