Chartered Paraplanner – Future Financial Adviser

Salary up to £70,000 + bonus

London Hybrid

If you’re a Chartered Paraplanner (or working towards)who thrives on deep, meaningful client work — and you’re ready for a real route into an adviser role — this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This isn’t a back office paraplanning job. It’s a front row seat to high level financial planning, working directly with a Director and Co Founder who is committed to developing you into a confident, client facing adviser. Experience of Estate planning, Trusts and IHT would be advantageous.

What makes this role different

You’ll be embedded at the heart of the advice process, not just supporting it. Expect to:

• Join client meetings alongside the Director, building long term relationships with high net worth families and business owners

• Lead on cashflow modelling and complex technical analysis

• Shape bespoke financial plans across pensions, investments, estate planning, succession, and tax efficient strategies

• Contribute to the evolution of processes, planning frameworks, and client experience

• Gain exposure to specialist areas including family law interfaces and trust corporation services

Your development isn’t an afterthought — it’s a priority. You’ll be coached, mentored, and gradually transitioned into a full adviser role at the right pace for you.

What we’re looking for

• Chartered status (or very close)

• At least 5 years’ paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management

• Strong analytical capability and a passion for building robust, personalised financial plans

• Confidence communicating complex ideas clearly and empathetically

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to connect naturally with clients

• Experience with cashflow tools (Voyant, CashCalc etc.) is helpful but not essential
