We’re looking for an Office Coordinator / Team Assistant to become the backbone of our operations, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, supporting the wider team, and playing a key role in our culture, systems, and day-to-day efficiency.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least two years’ administrative experience who wants to develop a long-term career in Operations.


The Role:


Office & Facilities:

Manage office layout and seating plans, maintain equipment and asset inventory records, monitor and manage office supplies, coordinate meeting rooms, organise storage and support office moves while keeping the environment professional and welcoming.


Culture, Events & Marketing:

Assist with the management of all internal events and initiatives, track competitions, maintain event records, monitor LinkedIn engagement, maintain company training and policy information.


IT & Systems (1st Line):

Manage the admin inbox, triage queries and provide basic IT support (password resets, troubleshooting, ticket logging). Support Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint access, call recording downloads and document formatting.


Data & Reporting:

Maintain CRM data integrity, track candidate start dates, manage expense reporting, monitor follow-ups and support internal business reporting.


Additional Support:

Provide ad hoc admin support to Sales, Finance and senior leadership as required, and assist with the Talent Acquisition function as required.


What We’re Looking For:


Essential:

  • 2+ years’ administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Experience managing office operations and records
  • Basic 1st line IT support experience
  • Comfortable collating and assessing data and producing reports with high levels of accuracy
  • Proficient at managing, collating and presenting data and using AI for research and analysis purposes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional communicator
  • Right to work in the UK


Desirable:

  • Professional services or recruitment background
  • Experience supporting Internal Recruitment process
  • Exposure to LinkedIn, 365 Admin Centre, Notion or Revolut
  • Experience supporting events or engagement initiatives
