Looking to step into a newly created, high-impact role within a rapidly growing organisation operating across the construction and infrastructure sector?

We are supporting a market-leading business as they look to appoint a Senior Risk Manager to help shape and embed a best-in-class enterprise risk framework across a complex, fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth, working closely with senior leadership to drive risk maturity, influence strategic decision-making, and champion a proactive risk culture across the group.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading the development and continuous improvement of the risk management framework

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on emerging risks and strategic challenges

• Embedding robust governance, controls, and reporting across diverse business units

• Driving risk workshops, insights, and analytics to support informed decision-making

• Enhancing risk capability and culture across the organisation

We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring:

• Strong experience in enterprise risk management within complex, project-led environments

• Exposure to sectors such as construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure

• The ability to influence at senior level and translate risk into real commercial value

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
