Receptionist – Top US Law Firm | Liverpool Street | £40,000 – £43,000
A leading US law firm, based in stunning offices near Liverpool Street, is seeking a highly professional and personable Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where first impressions are everything. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to clients and visitors, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
- Managing a busy front desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient service at all times
- Coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality, and visitor requirements
- Handling calls and enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Supporting wider office and administrative functions as needed
About You:
- You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a corporate, professional services, or premium hospitality setting (such as luxury hotels or high-end front-of-house roles)
- A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, polished, and adaptable in your approach
Additional Information:
This role operates on a shift basis, covering hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm, so flexibility is essential.
