We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Northern Ireland OR London | Joinery Fit Out

The Specialist Group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-quality joinery and fit-out projects, working alongside project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of projects from contract award through to final account, ensuring strong cost control and commercial performance throughout.

You will be responsible for:

✔ Managing project costs and budgets

✔ Handling variations and change management

✔ Procurement and management of subcontractors

✔ Preparing and reviewing project cost reports

✔ Providing commercial support to project teams

✔ Negotiating final accounts

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, joinery, or fit-out

✔ Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
