The Role

As General Manager, you will oversee the full restaurant operation, ensuring flawless service, inspiring leadership, and strong commercial performance. You will lead a talented team and create an environment where both guests and staff feel exceptional every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver world-class hospitality
• Drive service excellence and maintain premium brand standards
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, and revenue targets
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to align service and culinary experience
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and reputation management

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-end or fine dining environment
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Strong understanding of premium guest experience and service standards
• Commercially minded with experience managing P&L and KPIs
• Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
• Calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment
