About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist who combines creativity with a willingness to tackle technical tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and confident in analysing data to drive informed decisions.


Your responsibilities will include:


Product launches in the UK and EU including:

  • Product listing creation and optimisation
  • Researching category insights, consumer behaviour, competitors and top selling products to make informed decisions on content
  • Creating optimised copy for new product launches and working with our clients to ensure the content is compliant
  • Developing briefs for listing images and Premium A+ content, and collaborating closely with designers and clients to produce high-quality, engaging content


Product listing management:

  • Keeping product listings up to date and working with our clients to update listings
  • Regularly monitor product and competitor listings to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
  • Monitor consumer behavior in product categories for optimisation opportunities
  • Identify and fix any technical issues 


Data analysis:

  • Analyse data from Amazon to make listing improvements using A/B testing
  • Update performance reports on a monthly basis and report findings to our clients
  • Analyse storefront data for optimisation opportunities


Amazon Account management:

  • Work with Seller Support to fix any technical issues that may arise within our Amazon account
  • Deal with weekly seller feedback
  • Manage product reviews
  • Respond to customer enquiries


Storefront creation:

  • Develop wireframes and content briefs for layout
  • Build store using content from clients and designers
  • Update store when new products are launched


What We're Looking For


Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years Amazon marketing experience
  • Experience using Jungle Scout or similar tools
  • Experience analysing performance data from Amazon and drawing conclusions to make content decisions
  • Experience in strategic planning based on performance analysis
  • Proficient knowledge in using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Experience developing creative briefs for product listings, storefronts and finalising creative outcomes
  • Confidence working with clients
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ownership mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work UK business hours


What this role is not:

  • Not a general marketing role
  • Not an entry-level Amazon position
  • A role where Amazon is a small part of the job
  • A social media or content-only position


We’re specifically looking for someone who already knows Amazon and can operate with a high degree of independence.


What You'll Gain:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience
  • Fully remote working – from anywhere in the UK with occasional site visits
