Job description

ACCOUNT MANAGER | PRIVATE CLIENT SUPPORT

COMPETITIVE SALARY | LONDON | GROWING WEALTH MANAGEMENT FIRM

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven professional to step into a client-facing support role at the heart of a growing discretionary wealth management business. Our client is an established and expanding firm with a strong private client offering, and they are looking for a capable Account Manager to join their London team.

If you have a solid grounding in wealth management administration, whether as a Private Client Administrator, Wealth Manager Assistant, or Junior Paraplanner, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, this could be a genuinely exciting next step.

The role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for account management and administrative matters across the private client team

• Prepare bespoke investment proposals for prospective and existing clients

• Assist with the preparation of investment order books and bulk trade execution for model portfolios

• Handle a variety of client queries under the supervision of senior relationship managers

• Carry out daily portfolio administration, including monitoring cash balances, responding to corporate actions, and rebalancing portfolios to agreed mandates

• Prepare and review monthly marketing documents distributed to clients

• Maintain the high-risk asset approval list and support compliance and performance reporting

• Assist relationship managers with ad-hoc projects as required

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role within a wealth management environment

• Junior Paraplanner experience is a distinct advantage

• Strong working knowledge of AML, KYC, and due diligence requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing desirable

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines

• Relevant industry qualifications preferred but not essential

What's on offer:

• Competitive salary dependent on experience

• The opportunity to join a growing business

• A collaborative and professional team environment in a central London office

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the demands of private client wealth management, and is ready to grow with a business that values precision, professionalism, and client service above all else.

If this sounds like you, get in touch, we'd love to have a conversation.
