Shared Ownership Trainee Sales Manager
Do you love property and housing? Are you interested in helping people achieve their dream of buying a home, (through Shared Ownership). Are you proactive, customer-focused and keen to develop your property sales skills?
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a hands-on role in delivering a high-quality sales and marketing service in affordable housing. If you already have some experience in an estate agency setting this would be ideal, but not essential at all.
A specialist Shared Ownership sales and marketing agency is looking to grow their team with the addition of talented graduates or ambitious school leavers, who display great inter personal skills, commercial acumen, ambition and drive to support our specialist shared ownership sales offering, and growing business relationships.
This is a unique entry level opportunity to develop key skills in an exciting and rewarding environment. On the job training is a vital part of being in this team and there is a comprehensive programme. Mentoring is a continued theme throughout your career in this organisation and as you become more competent your responsibilities develop.
The Package:
- £25-27k basic salary depending on experience

Please note: This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to come into our Central London Office 1-2 days a week.
