MacGregor Black are working with a growing Retail business on the search for a Regional Sales Manager – Northern Europe. This is a permanent role based in the UK.
You will be responsible for developing and managing key wholesale accounts across a defined European region, driving sales growth, and elevating brand presence across a range of retail partners. This role will involve regular travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers and commercial partners
- Present product ranges and negotiate commercial terms with clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts across wholesale and retail channels
- Analyse sales performance and market data to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, merchandising and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Participate in seasonal planning, forecasting and commercial review meetings
- Provide regular sales reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Support brand-building initiatives with partners, ensuring strong in-store and online presence
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Account Manager or similar commercial role within a retail environment
- A strong existing network and experience within European markets
- Demonstrated success managing wholesale accounts and driving international sales growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking ability
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the region
- Highly motivated, proactive and relationship-driven
- Culturally aware and confident working across international markets
- Willingness to be based in the UK and contribute to a collaborative team environment
