Business Sales Executive

There is starting salary on offer of c£28k plus commission offering an additional c£10k, plus a competitive holiday allowance, access to retail discount schemes and a discounted health plan.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
• Research and identify key decision-makers across target organisations, including Procurement, Operations, and Sustainability teams
• Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (HubSpot), ensuring all activity and data is up to date
• Manage and develop a pipeline of leads through structured and consistent outreach

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role with an aptitude for sales
• Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working towards KPIs
