Role Summary:
N V L T Y is seeking an exceptionally talented and driven E-Commerce Executive to support and strengthen our online retail offering through the optimisation and management of our digital storefront.
This role will play a key part in shaping the future direction of our e-commerce and digital trading strategy, ensuring every element of the website aligns with our brand image, customer expectations, and commercial performance targets.
In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, marketing, Operations and Customer service teams to take ownership of key aspects of the Shopify e-commerce experience, from product launches and merchandising through to performance analysis and optimisation. Combining strong technical understanding with commercial awareness, you will help deliver a best in class online experience that drives traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Support the day-to-day management of the brand’s e-commerce platform, ensuring the website is optimised for performance, usability, and customer experience.
- Manage product uploads and site merchandising, ensuring all product information, imagery, pricing, and content are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product launches, collection drops, and campaigns are executed seamlessly across the website.
- Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rate, traffic, AOV, and product performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of homepage updates, collection pages, and promotional landing pages.
- Conduct regular analysis of website performance using Shopify, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to ensure the website reflects current campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Support ongoing website optimisation and CRO initiatives, identifying improvements that enhance the customer journey and increase conversion.
- Assist in managing site promotions, discount codes, and campaign landing pages across seasonal sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Shopify experience, ideally within fashion or retail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website and trading performance data
- Experience using a Search and Merch tool automation and rule sets (preferable)
- Experience uploading Content across multiple platforms
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms, third-party plugins and CMS systems
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to analyse and report on site metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, CTR etc
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
- Driven work ethic with the ability to take ownership of your work and responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
