Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

£65,000 – £75,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 200 Law Firm in Manchester.

This role offers the chance to work within a well-established employment team, advising a diverse client base on complex, respondent-focused matters across multiple sectors.

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of employment law matters, including:

• Employment disputes and tribunal representation
• Redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change
• Complex disciplinary issues, grievances, long-term sickness, and performance management
• Senior executive matters and exit negotiations
• Discrimination law
• TUPE, including business transfers and service provision changes
• Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants
