Job description
This role will provide integral support to the E-commerce Manager to maximise revenue and operational efficiency of Maharishistore.com driving KPI’s, customer journey and brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide integral support to the e-commerce manager to drive maximum revenue and achieve maximum operational efficiencies for the Maharishi website.
- Ensure the Maharishi website offers an optimal on-site customer journey and experience.
- Upload and manage the seasonal range, product, price lists,categories and capsules for our B2C and B2B websites.
- Coordinate deliveries and product launches. Manage photo sample turn-around with the photography team and retoucher.
- Reports weekly on site performance, presents findings and recommendations at trade meetings.
- Build brand and campaign landing pages in line with the marketing calendar, manage the site navigation and homepage assets
- Assist with writing website and product copy based on existing brand and seasonal guidelines.
- Ensure PDP components are uploaded, maintained and optimised - including imagery, copy, size guides to maximise conversion and drive KPIs.
- Site visual merchandising optimised for campaigns, best sellers, conversion, cross/up-selling, and slow-moving lines. A/B testing and maintaining a performance tracker.
- Weekly site walks, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Manage all product data feeds through Google merchant centre. Manage image uploads and hosting for feeds. Ensure data accuracy and requirements are met.
- Suggest and implement improvements to e-commerce operations where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar e-commerce role.
- Experience and highly competent using Shopify
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4 and digital analytics tools.
- Confident to handle large
- Highly organised and able to self-manage day-to-day tasks.
- Deep affinity and understanding of Maharishi and its values.
- The ability to navigate and understand the intricacies of working for an independently owned company.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to make real change in a growing organisation.
