The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and leases
• Acting for developers on site acquisitions and development work
• Supporting landlord and tenant matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A team player with ambition to progress
