National Account Manager – Grocery
West London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
£55k – 20% Bonus and EMI
We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest growing challenger brands in the dairy space, on a mission to shake up a category that’s been left behind for far too long.
In just a couple of years, they’ve built serious momentum through standout branding, innovative products, and a fresh take on what modern consumers actually want from dairy.
This is a chance to join early, take real ownership, and play a key role in scaling a brand with huge ambition.
The role
This is not a sit back and manage role. You’ll be right at the centre of the commercial engine, owning key retail relationships, winning new business, and helping shape how the brand grows.
You’ll work closely with a small, high performing team, with real exposure and influence from day one. If you enjoy building things from the ground up and want your work to genuinely matter, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll do
Own and grow key national retail accounts, delivering strong JBPs and driving performance
Identify and win new listings, getting the brand in front of more shoppers across the UK
Lead standout product launches both in store and online
Build and execute shopper marketing plans that drive visibility and rate of sale
Manage trade spend effectively, ensuring strong ROI
Use data and insight to unlock opportunities and improve performance
Contribute to ways of working, culture, and how the business scales
Bring fresh thinking to a traditional category and help disrupt the fixture
What we’re looking for
Experience in sales, account management or business development, MUST BE within FMCG
A track record of growing accounts and delivering results
Experience managing grocery accounts within FMCG
Confidence managing retail relationships and navigating listings
Commercial awareness, with experience owning budgets or P and L
Strong communication and negotiation skills
⚡ Someone who thrives in a fast paced, start up environment
A hands on, proactive mindset with plenty of initiative
A genuine interest in food and quality products
What’s in it for you
Competitive salary plus options
25 days holiday plus your birthday off
Hybrid working with a West London office base
Product perks and additional brand discounts
Free gym membership
Real ownership and the chance to help build a category defining brand

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us so you don’t miss them.
