We’re partnering with a growing civil engineering business delivering new-build infrastructure and Section 278 schemes across the UK. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to bring in a Client Relationship Coordinator to support business development and client engagement nationwide.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with senior leadership to drive new business, build client relationships, and support operational growth.

You’ll be ideal for this role if you’ve got a background in sales, business development, or client coordination, and enjoy building relationships and spotting opportunities.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business development activity across the UK
  • Researching and identifying prospective clients and new markets
  • Proactively reaching out to arrange and attend client meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Converting opportunities into confirmed projects
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and targeted outreach initiatives
  • Attending networking events and representing the business
  • Managing and updating CRM systems
  • Supporting senior leadership with regional operational activity


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, BD, or client relationship roles
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
  • Energetic, proactive, and resilient
  • Creative thinker with a positive mindset
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Setup

  • Modern, open-plan office environment in Tring
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)
