Kismet by Milka is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join its Selfridges Wonder Room team, on a temporary contract until the end of December, with potential to become permanent.

Key Objectives

• Build a database of new clients and introduce them to the brand
• Foster a collaborative, service-driven team environment
• Exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience with strong product knowledge
• Manage customer requests and daily operations efficiently
• Drive sales while ensuring health and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Jewellery or watch background preferred; Arabic speaker is a plus
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Well-organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented
