  • Background in mental health, learning disability, autism and/or complex needs services
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks
  • A recognised management qualification (e.g. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care) or willingness to work towards this
  • A calm, confident and compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and lead continuous service improvement
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused and outcomes-led care

What’s on Offer

  • A supportive and values-driven organisation
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a specialist service
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Company pension and wellbeing support
  • On-site or nearby parking (where available)
  • A welcoming, inclusive and collaborative team culture
