Job Title: International Group Travel Specialist

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (office-based)

Reports to: Business Development Manager US

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)


About the role

As part of the launch of our new Belfast office, we are hiring International Group Travel Specialists to work closely with our US Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands‑on experience, mentoring, and clear development opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for group travel clients, providing consultative support from enquiry through pre‑departure
  • Design and present compelling, well‑structured itineraries that support recruitment, budgets, and program viability
  • Develop and enhance international group travel products through destination research, trend analysis, and market insight
  • Support trip marketing, participant registration, and traveler communications, ensuring a smooth booking experience
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver accurately costed, operationally sound programs
  • Contribute to ongoing system, process, and workflow improvements to support growth and scalability

  • Represent the company professionally in all written, verbal, and in‑person interactions.


What we offer

  • Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
