Founding Blockchain Engineer

 We’re hiring a Founding Engineer at Nuvanté 

• Europe (flexible / hybrid)

We’re building the next generation of financial market infrastructure… and looking for a world-class engineer to join us on this exciting journey and potentially grow into a bigger role e.g. CTO.

About Us

We are a fintech startup incubated by the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator to build a digital cash clearing platform anchored in central bank money. We bridge blockchain ecosystems with traditional finance to enable instant, trusted, and frictionless settlement. 

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on builder to:

• Architect and build our core clearing & settlement platform
• Write production-grade code across backend, smart contracts, and infrastructure
• Work directly with founders on key technical decisions
• Help shape both the product and engineering culture from day one 

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years experience in engineering (Rust, Go, TypeScript, Solidity, Python, etc.)
• Experience with distributed systems / blockchain / financial infrastructure
• Full stack developer
• Experience using AI coding tools
