HGV Driver

Job description

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver
Rate: £15.68-£17.50 per hour
Hours: 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00

Responsibilities:

? Drop and swap work.
? Securing, loading and unloading cargo.
? Mostly container work with some curtain work mixed in.
? Maintaining and updating tacograph information when required
? Performing vehicle safety checks (brake, oil, tyre and load checks).
? Ensuring that business needs are met by meeting expected delivery times.
? Essential requirements include a valid HGV license (Cat C/C+E), Driver CPC and compliance with road and vehicle safety laws.

*Must hold valid Seaforth dock card*
