Whereyoullbeworking:

AsApprentice Sales Executive(Level 4) in our Commercial Team you willbeworking in theSouth East/North East(dependent onsuccessful applicantslocation)andstudying for yourSales Executive Apprenticeship Level4through areputable trainingprovider.


As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Solutions selling strategy,growthand lead generation within your defined area.

  • Deliver solutions to specifiers andcontractorsneeds, to ensure as order bank of sales that can be delivered through our distribution partners.

  • Work closely with the Technical Solutions team who will provide technical support and solution design help secure specifications with focus on decarbonization.

  • Identifyopportunities forutilizingexisting brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector.

  • Fully embracing the vision and values of the company.

  • Organised, pro-active approach to managing sales activity for the company.

  • Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed all KPIs outlined by yourManager.

  • Manage day-to-day activities,reportsand communications.

  • Forecast demand andidentifytrends by having close relationships with key customers and decision makers.

  • Working on multiple projects atdifferent stages, at the same time.

  • Providing detailed consultations with Design engineers and Contractors.

  • Negotiating and managing the needs and expectations of our customers aiming to influence the buying decision.


Whatwerelooking for:

Theresa new opportunity within ourCommercialTechnical Solutions Manager - Solutions foreithertheSouthEast/North EastArea(dependent on successfulcandidateslocation).

Youllbe reporting directly to theHead of Commercial ProductSales,youllplay an integral part maximising market share and sales through relationships with specifiers & Key contractors in offering solutions to the market in line with customer requirements. You will need to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within Commercial HVAC market for Baxi.


Essential

  • Keen interest /studied/ experience in Mechanical engineering / building service/ architecture

  • discipline.

  • Creative problem-solving& solution focused

  • Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.

  • Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.

  • Excellent all-round communicator,possessingstrong electronic,writtenand oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Able to multitask under pressure

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Resilience and prioritisation

  • CurrentlylocatedinSouth EastorNorth Eastof England

  • Full UK Driving License
