Customer Service Advisor

iRecruit4 are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary-to-permanent position with a leading heating spares supplier based in Fairford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that prides itself on fast, efficient service and excellent customer care.

• Responding to customer queries and enquiries by phone and email
• Liaising with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues
• Updating customer information in the company database
• Processing returns efficiently
• Checking orders ready for dispatch for accuracy
• Assisting with warehouse activities as required
• Processing sales and payments when necessary
• Maintaining good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role or operational environment beneficial
• Experience with databases or order management desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures accurately
• Organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Must be able to drive due to location

• 8:30am 5:30pm,
• Monday to Friday (41.25 hours/week)
• £13 per hour
• Temporary-to-permanent role
• Free parking
