Looking for a product-led engineering role in a recently profitable, high-growth scale-up?

This isn't just about maintenance; it’s about building high-scale, cloud-native microservices and tackling a massive upcoming greenfield build.

The Package: £70,000–£95,000 + Stock Options + Bonus

Location: 1 day per week in London

Perks: Remote working, £1k annual flexible benefit, 30 days "work from abroad" p/a

Led by a new VP of Engineering, they are fostering a world-class engineering culture focused on autonomy, technical excellence, and high-volume, public-facing applications.

What You’ll Do

• Scale the Core: Build and maintain high-scale, cloud-native microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Greenfield Innovation: Play a key role in a long-term strategic product build from the ground up.
• Domain Variety: Work in small, rotating product squads, giving you exposure to multiple technical domains and complex scaling challenges.
• Modern DevOps: Operate within a sophisticated AWS environment utilizing EKS, gRPC, and GraphQL.

What You Need ✅

• Technical Versatility: Deep experience in Backend Engineering. While the stack is Python-based, they value great engineers from various backend engineering backgrounds who are happy to cross-train.
• Scale Mindset: Experience with microservices architecture and high-volume, public-facing apps.
• Product Focus: A desire to work in "product-led" squads where you influence the what and the why.
• Seniority: You bring a passion for clean code and architectural best practices.
