Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

An independent, B Corp certified building consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor into its West End office. Founded in 2019, the business has built a strong reputation in commercial building surveying and project consultancy, with a modern, entrepreneurial feel and a clear growth story.

This is a broad commercial role with exposure across technical due diligence, dilapidations, project work, project monitoring, development monitoring, vendor surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.

The team is lean, giving surveyors direct exposure to senior leadership, clients and high-quality instructions from an early stage.

About you

-MRICS qualified, ideally at Senior Building Surveyor level.

-Strong commercial building surveying background.

-Comfortable in a client-facing role.

-Ambitious and keen to grow within a smaller consultancy.

-APC-level candidates may also be considered if they are commercially strong.

Package

West End London location.

Salary up to £75,000 depending on level.

15% contractual bonus paid quarterly on achievable targets.
