Legal Counsel

Meraki Talent are delighted to be partnering with an investment bank who are looking to appoint an inhouse Legal Counsel professional for an expanding function in Glasgow.

As part of a collaborative team, you will provide high-quality legal advice and transactional support across a wide range of financing activities, including corporate lending, structured finance, and capital markets transactions across the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Advise on complex financing matters including syndicated lending, real estate, fund and infrastructure finance
• Draft and negotiate key legal documents
• Partner closely with the wider business in an advisory capacity
• Lead and support transactions and projects

Applicants are welcome from private practice and inhouse, where you have gained exposure across corporate and structured lending transactions. It is also imperative you have strong communication skill and experience of managing stakeholders.
