This structured programme blends hands on mentoring with virtual classroom based learning, giving you the practical skills, professional knowledge and confidence to thrive as a qualified Residential Surveyor.

If youre passionate about property and eager to develop a long-term surveying career, you could be a great fit. Youll qualify if you meetONEof the following:

  • 1 yearrelevant experience+ RICS-accredited bachelors degree
  • 2 yearsrelevant experience+ RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
  • 4 yearsrelevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
  • Estate agency
  • Domestic energy assessment
  • Property management

We also welcome candidates who have completed theSAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.

As a Trainee Surveyor, youll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include:

  • Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
  • Attending structured classroom and workshop sessions
  • Learning how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
  • Developing skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software
